Victor Victrola XX (Twenty)

The Victrola XX was an early attempt by Victor to sell a more elaborate version of its successful Victrola. The XX was introduced in 1909 at a 50% premium over the standard Victrola. It differed from the regular Victrola by having fancier mahogany veneer and adding gilded decorations at the corners. The model was not popular, and was soon withdrawn.
